DOUBLES
Bedrock's Bodacious Bon Vivant March 16, 1991 - December 23, 2006
Doubles was our first Bull Terrier. We met Doubles for the first time on June 9, 1991 when we attended a Bull Terrier club picnic and puppy match in White Post, Virginia. She was one of a litter of puppies who Mary Remer, of Bedrock Kennels in Villanova, PA, brought to the event. I fell in love with her immediately, as seen in the video below - my husband was video taping me viewing the puppies, and just happened to capture the moment I first laid eyes on Doubles and asked what her name was.
Doubles was a wonderful ambassador for the Bull Terrier breed. She welcomed many a rescued Bull Terrier to our home as they made their way to new homes. She got along with everyone, and was the reason for our love of the breed. We cannot thank Mary Remer enough for entrusting us with the care of the fabulous "Double Dip" (so named because it appeared that both of her ears had been dipped in chocolate!) and we are so grateful to have had her as part of our family for almost sixteen years. She made an indelible mark upon our hearts.
